Magic Charms

Magic Charms

Magic Charms will help you past the various obstacles which you will encounter as you progress through the levels.

They are unlocked one by one when you reach certain levels.

However, they have to be bought with FB credits, which you either need to buy with real money, or earn by doing online surveys, etc.

CHARMS

Here are the charms, what they cost and when they are available to Purchase.

Charm of Life. 99 FB credits

Unlocked at level 8.

Adds 3 lives to your maximum number.

Great if you're always running out of lives.

Charm of Foresight. 129 FB credits
Unlocked at level 14.
With this charm you can switch between 3 bubbles in the cauldron instead of 2. Easier to plan your moves.

Charm of Shielded Spiders. 69 FB credits
Unlocked at level 15.
When you miss a shot you only lose one spider instead of two.
Useful if you're a poor shot!

Charm of Precision. 119 FB credits
Unlocked at level 19.
Extends your aim so bouncing shots off the walls is much easier.
The most useful of all the charms.

Charm of Scrolling. 99 FB credits

Unlocked at level 25.

Lets you scroll to the top of the screen 3 times every game to see what's there. Good for finding unseen bombs!

Charm of Plenty. 59 FB credits
Unlocked at level 40.
Gives you 5 extra bubbles in your cauldron every game. Helps if you use too many bubbles.

Charm of Insurance. 129 FB credits
Unlocked at level 43.
Survive a doom bubble hit once
per level.

Charm of Fortune Spiders. 79 FB credits
Unlocked at level 49.
Gives you 2 spiders that never
disappear when you miss a shot.
Helps you get a higher score.

Charm of Antidote. 119 FB credits
Unlocked at level 51.
Heals infected bubbles from the virus. Original infection is not cured and regrows, but gives you more time to stop the virus.

Charm of Webbing. 79 FB credits
Unlocked at level 53.
Covers the lowest scoring jars with spider webs so bubbles bounce into higher scoring jars. 13 bounces each. Better chance to get 3 stars.

Charm of Immortality. 799 FB credits
Unlocked at level 71.
Gives you unlimited lives.
Forever...

Charm of Disarm. 139 FB credits
Unlocked at level 78.
Disarms a bomb twice each level.
Could save your life if you activate
a bomb and aren't able to drop it.

Charm of Salvation. 119 FB credits.
Unlocked at level 83.
Neutralizes the evil doom bubbles without getting hurt. 2 uses per level. Dissolves a group of doom bubbles completely!

Charm of Wealth. 299 FB Credits
Unlocked at level 86.
Gives you 20,000 coins every day
you login. Forever...
Helps if you don't have lots of friends.

Charm of Shattering. 89 FB credits
Unlocked at level 89.
Shatters a block of crystal bubbles.
One use per level.
Gets you past the crystal bubbles without wasting bubbles.

Charm of Delay. 89 FB credits
Unlocked at level 106.
Delays the morph bubbles so they change every other shot.
Good if you find the morph balls confusing.

Charm of Magic. 39 FB credits
Unlocked at level 130.
Enables use of all four magic potions at once instead of three. Useful on more difficult levels.

What is a Green Spider?

When a Bubble bounces on a GREEN spider, the Bubble multiplies. The more Bubbles that fall into your Cauldron the more points you receive.

BLUE Spiders will turn GREEN if you shoot a 3-bubble cluster 5 times (5 x 3+) consecutively. The tips will often tell you to deliberately create these clusters, if you have enough bubbles, so you can create green spiders.

Once a Bubble drops onto a GREEN Spider it will return to BLUE and you will have to do your 5 x 3+ combinations again to return it to GREEN.

YELLOW spiders cannot be turned into GREEN spiders.

GREEN spiders have the highest value; then YELLOW; and BLUE is the least, so try to end your game with GREEN and YELLOW spiders.

TIP FOR THOSE WITHOUT CHARMS:

Try to make sure that your 5 x 3+ combinations do NOT drop any surrounding balls. Save that for the Last Shot when you drop the ceiling.

TIP FOR THOSE WITH CHARMS:

If you purchased RAINBOW bubbles and you get to the end and have any left over, if you have a blue spider you can shoot the rainbow bubble to deliberately miss and it will become a green spider.
You can do the same thing with the Salvation Charm.
...and the Shattering Charm.

"DELIBERATLY MISS" MEANS: Shoot the rainbow ball at an infection, at a row of black bubbles or an empty spot on the top. As long as it doesn't hit any normal bubbles it will turn a BLUE spider GREEN. For those who have the "skull" and the "shattering" charm the same rule applies.
If you get to the end and you have not used them, and you have blue spiders, you can use these charms and deliberately miss and it will turn BLUE Spiders to GREEN. Potentially you can turn two unused “Rainbow Potions”, two unused “Skull Charms” and one “Shattering Charm” into GREEN Spiders, but only if you have all 10 spiders, 5 of which are already BLUE

HELPFUL INFORMATION

These are just a few things that have been learned along the way of playing and being a part of this Group. We will add to this page as time goes on because as most of you know .... you never stop learning.

Nothing is free. Please be careful of scams and items on Facebook offering you free such as Facebook coins. It isn't going to happen. We delete spam and ban spammers.

Cheat engines are available but we would prefer that you don't use them. Why on earth would you want to cheat anyway? It takes the challenge out of the game and is not fair to your friends. The game is made to make you think and if they made it too easy, who would want to play?

People who purchase charms to help in the game are NOT cheaters! Their purchases are financing the upgrades and further development of the game. Also, this gives the developers a want/need to fill and a reason to make more levels for ALL of us to enjoy. It isn't necessary to have charms to beat the game. It is simple - if you want them, buy them. If you don't want to - don't. No one should judge anyone else for the choices they make.

Don't be too hard on yourself. If you can't finish a level as quickly as the next person that doesn't mean anything. Take your time. This game was made so you don't have to play it 24/7. You can walk away and come back to the same place at any time. Vicki remembers when the game first came out and she had added some bubble friends. She was like, "OMG... I have to hurry and catch up." No, I noticed that was not the best choice. I was way too hard on myself and would get very frustrated. Just have patience. YOU can do it!

If you are ready to give up, take a break! Go back to the lower levels to collect more stars, collect some coins, or play some mini games. All the levels can be passed and sometimes what is needed is just a fresh eye.

There are no wrong or right sites. All of this stuff about being members of just one Group and someone else is a member of another group is garbage. You pick the group/s you like and that is that. However, out of respect and courtesy to all groups, please do not copy and paste or repeat things discovered in another group into this group or vice versa.

You should never run out of lives. When you are down even one heart, you should request more from your friends. Stop what you are doing and ask for them. That way you won't run out and the extra ones you get from your friends turn into coins. ALSO...having friends who play the game is not only exciting for you and for them but it helps both of you. Sending lives and breaking spells to unlock the next level is very important.

You can surround a bomb. If you can see it, and you cannot easily drop it, but have the extra bubbles, then surround it with them and it will not go off, but avoid them if you can. Infections are a major pain. However, dropping them quickly is your best bet. Infected bubbles advance with every shot taken so you really want to knock them out as soon as possible. The Mystery Bubbles actually a favorite. You never know what you are going to get. Could be bad, could be good. They have actually helped us through a level. They dropped bubbles into the jars and the score goes up. But if you hit a bad one you are pretty much on your own. So, hit them at your own discretion.

The links on the All Coins page are checked and rechecked. If someone has posted a broken link or a link that does not work they are removed. Also, there is no way to get a virus from the coins page. If you are having problems you need to go to the All Help Group Page on Facebook and ask about it and it will be directed to the correct people. DO NOT, please, DO NOT click on anything that looks odd. That way you will protect yourself and others by letting admin know.

Recommended Charms: bomb disarm, skull deactivation, webbing

Start by clearing as many bubbles as you can before unlocking the lock. It’s best if you don’t miss any shots but it’s unlikely that you will get colours that match so you can clear them all without missing any before unlocking.

Once you unlock the lock, focus on dropping the bomb on the left hand side without unlocking the 2nd lock. If you have the charm to stop the bomb ticking then it is recommended you use it on this bomb so it won’t matter then if you don’t drop the bomb.

Once the bomb is dropped/stopped, clear as many as you can on the right side, so you can then bank shots off the wall and drop the skulls. You will be able to shoot just in between 2 little skull rows so a few will remain and the rest will drop. If you have the skull deactivating charm it is recommended you use it here on the highest row of skulls, just below the lock line. This will cause the rest of your skulls to drop and bounce.

(If you do not need to use one of the skull charms, then shoot one of them to deliberately miss but only if you have 10 spiders below with at least 1 blue. This will turn it into a green spider so when you drop the skulls down it will increase your score.)

When you have cleared as many as you can, make colour pairs until you are able to unlock the lock. If you have the bomb deactivation charm, use it as soon as you unlock the lock as there is another bomb to your right ticking. If you don’t, work quickly to drop the bomb. If you can't, then drop the ceiling and end the level.

If you are able to drop/stop the bomb then here is your chance to get your last round of green spiders. Deliberately missing with your rainbow bubbles when you have 10 spiders below (some of which are blue) will give you green spiders, and if you have the skull deactivation charm and have only used the one of them then deliberately missing with that one as well will give you another green spider. For the highest score, save getting your final green spiders until your final shot is needed to clear the ceiling and end the level.

Each level is comprised of 3 rounds. You must clear 9 stars in the ceiling of each round to progress to the next one. The score will continue accumulating, so if you do not have enough points for a star at the end of the first round don’t panic, the score you get on the following 2 rounds will be added to it.

Your cauldron is refilled with bubbles at the beginning of each of the 3 rounds in the level. If you use all your bubbles on the first round it’s ok- the cauldron will be full again at the beginning of the next level.

Your spiders continue on from the previous round. This means that if you complete round 1 with 10 gold spiders then you will begin round 2 of the level with 10 gold spiders. If you finish round 1 with 5 blue spiders then that’s all you will start the next round with.

If you purchase rainbow bubbles or you have already purchased charms such as the charm of antidote, webbing, salvation, shattering, scrolling, etc (those which limit how many times you can use them) try to avoid using them as long as possible. If you use them all in the first round of the level you will have none to use in the following 2 rounds. The limited use potions/charms are to last the whole 3 rounds of the level and are not replenished at the beginning of each round.

Shadow bubbles are similar to the poisonous bubbles- they spread. If you get a combination including a shadow bubble then it will pop bubbles out of your cauldron, reducing the number of bubbles you have to complete the level.

Hit as many shadow bubbles as you can to drop them, as quick as you can to stop it causing others to become shadows and to lose the least amount from your cauldron. On some levels if you are quick enough and remove the starting shadow bubble you can stop it from spreading. If you delay getting a combination that contains a shadow bubble in it then when you do hit it, it is likely that more would have become shadows as well. This will mean you will lose additional bubbles from your cauldron.
