You can break the first lock pretty quick on the first one but still shoot some of the bubbles to stop the infection. After you break the lock, then you have to work on clearing the bubbles from the black bubbles - you have to knock those down before you can unlock the second lock because of the infection on the top section. Once you knock them down unlock your second lock. Even if you only have one color you can use a rainbow bubble to open it.
Now on the top you really don't have to worry too much about the infection. Try to stop as much as you can but don't waste to many bubbles on it. Start shooting toward the top... remember you have to have 9 holes to knock the ceiling down. If you still have a rainbow use it for the top.
You should be able to get one star if not more. Plan each shot and take your time in the middle so you don't waste any bubbles.
