Charm of Magic (four potions); Charm of Precision; and Charm of Foresight
Clear bubbles around triangle of infected bubbles (this may take a lot of bubbles but there are plenty); be careful you don't block the angle because you need to get to the top to drop the whole thing; then drop the bombs that are on the left and right sidewalls (these are easy). The ceiling is now visible as well as the bomb in the center. You can avoid the bomb and go to the ceiling on either side to clear 8 holes. Make sure there is at least 1 green spider and then clear the 9th hole to drop the ceiling.
