Charm of Webbing
Go straight up the middle to the ceiling taking out the poison spiders. Clear 8 holes in the ceiling. Begin shooting at the mystery bubbles at the bottom (hoping you don't get a bomb immediately). When you shoot a "good" mystery bubble, it turns blue spiders green, so you want to shoot good mystery bubbles as many times as you can before you drop the ceiling. If you get a bomb, you have 9 shots left before it detonates. When you have lots of green spiders (max 10), clear the 9th hole in the ceiling and drop all the bubbles.
Tip: Save a rainbow bubble for the 9th hole.
