Clear below doom skulls. There are two bombs and infections coming down the left and right sides and the center, so you must work quickly or the ceiling won't lower. But if you clear the center under the doom skulls, you can then go above the bombs and infection on the sides and drop the bubbles. Then work to the left and right of the doom skulls and bank your shots toward the ceiling. (If you can get a good shot between the skulls, then take it.) Clear 9 holes in the ceiling to complete the level.
