Must stop the infection from surrounding bomb because it can't be dropped from the top. (There are skulls above it.) Go up center and around bomb to drop it before infection blocks it. Will have to also shoot bubbles from bottom left and right to lower ceiling to see above bomb. Best if you can drop sides altogether by aiming high. Cannot waste shots or you will run out of time. After bomb is gone, carefully pick your way to the ceiling to finish the level. You should have enough bubbles left to maximize them (i.e., engineer green spiders).
