Competition Terms and
Conditions
1 General Entry Requirements 1.1) All participants must be a current member of the Bubble Witch All Help Group during the period of the competition and when the competition ends.
1.2) No purchase of any kind is required for free prizes.
1.3) Unless otherwise stated, only one entry per person will be permitted and multiple entries will be void and the entrant(s) disqualified.
1.4) Volunteers of the Bubble Witch All Help Group and any persons connected with the Competition are not eligible to enter unless otherwise stated. The Bubble Witch All Help Group reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants.
1.5) Late entries (i.e. entries received after the advertised closing date) will not be accepted.
1.6) The Bubble Witch All Help Group does not accept responsibility for entries lost, damaged or delayed in transit to the Competition address, nor for any problems related to computer systems, equipment or internet issues. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of receipt, nor will proof that an e-mail has been sent be deemed proof of receipt.
1.7) Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be void.
1.8) Previous winners are not eligible unless specifically stated.
2 Judgements
2.1) The decision of the Admins of the Bubble Witch All Help Group is final in all circumstances and no correspondence will be entered into.
2.2) In the event of disqualification, the Admins of the Bubble Witch All Help Group reserve the right to select another entrant to take part in the Competition.
3 Prizes
3.1) All Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives unless otherwise stated.
3.2) In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Admins of the Bubble Witch All Help Group reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal value.
4 Publicity
4.1) You acknowledge and agree that the Bubble Witch All Help Group may publish winners’ names on any media and make these available upon request to third parties. (Winners’ names are available on request by sending an SAE to the address published on this website up to one month after the closing date.)
4.2) Any personal data submitted by you will be used solely in accordance with current California, USA data protection legislation and the Bubble Witch All Help’s Privacy Policy.
5 Disclaimers
5.1) The Bubble Witch All Help Group shall be entitled, in its reasonable discretion, to cancel a Competition with immediate effect without any liability.
5.2) The Competition may be declared void should a posting, printing or production error in connection with the Competition appear in a publication, on the Group page or on this website.
5.3) The Bubble Witch All Help Group does not accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by you in entering the Competition or as a result of accepting any Prize.
5.4) You acknowledge that the internet is not a secure medium and information submitted to competitions hosted on the Bubble Witch All Help Group website may be accessed by third parties. The Bubble Witch All Help Group accepts no liability for loss resulting from an online entry to a Competition.
5.5) These Terms shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of California, USA.
6 Repeat Winners
6.1 Unless otherwise stated, no person shall be permitted to participate and/or win a prize more frequently than once every six (6) months, i.e., a person who wins today will have to wait a minimum of six months before participating in a competition and/or winning a prize again.
7 No Affiliation with Facebook. The Promotions/competitions are in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. You understand that you are providing your information to the Bubble Witch All Help Group when you enter and participate in the Promotions/Competitions. The information you provide will be used to contact potential winners and in accordance with Bubble Witch All Help Group's privacy policy. You also understand that by using and interacting with www.facebook.com, you are subject to the terms, conditions, and policies that govern the use of www.facebook.com. You should therefore review the applicable terms and policies for www.facebook.com, including privacy and data gathering practices, before using or interacting with www.facebook.com.
The Witch's Web specifically:
1. The admins will post a statement of instructions or a question to be answered for each game.
2. These rules are subject to modification at any time, and an entirely different game may be announced as "The Witch's Web."
